I pictured us strolling through the hotel, sipping our coffee, hand in hand while looking at the lights and discussing our many blessings. Well, I could just show you the following 3 pictures without any other explanation and you can probably tell how the night went...Mistake #1 - I gave him a sucker at 8:30 at night.
Mistake #2 - I let his feet touch the floor....and he's off...
What? His Face? He didn't mean to stop long enough for his face to be seen. Hurry, this never happened...
However, Sam got to ride on an escalator for the first time without a stroller.

The decorations were amazing and Sam had a great time to say the least. We decided to postpone the visit with Santa once the meltdowns began and try again for another day. (another day, another post)

Well, all I can say is Live and Learn!

Hey, there.
Good luck in your next attempt. Santa pictures are always a interesting event for this family!
Our kids are:
Carter - just turned 8
Jack - 2.5
Lainey - 15 months
PS - Northpark Santa is our favorite and still go back to Dallas each year (from Colorado and will do the same in KC) to see him. It's a good ticket system and little wait time. If you're interested, let me know and I'll tell you how we do it!
k - that's funny! That makes me want to go to the Gaylord and see the decorations. We have never been.
Too cute! He cracks me up!
We went today and it was fun!
