Jesus said, "Let the Little Children Come to Me".
Mark 10:14
The other night, I was reading books to Sam at bedtime and he started frantically trying to get out of my lap. He was pointing and saying, "Babble, Babble!" I thought he was saying, apple. As I was trying to figure out what in the world he was so insistent on reading, I saw what his sweet little finger was pointing at, it was his Bible. We read through it and on the last page, there is a picture of Jesus holding a little blonde boy. I said, "Where's Jesus?" and he pointed to Jesus. Then I said, "Who is that?" pointing to the little boy in Jesus' arms, and he said, "Sam". Everything about this story makes me cry. To me, it was a reminder of how sweet and innocent little children are, that God loves them even more than we do (even though that doesn't seem possible) and what a responsibility God has entrusted in us as their parent. I am so thankful for that moment.

Awe! Very sweet!
So sweet. Jack just learned the sign of the cross....we're Catholic....and it melts my heart each time he does it.
Love it :)
That is precious as can be. Was that our little Bible at one time? I miss seeing him. He is so sweet.
SO cute! Dylan has this Bible too, but we haven't learned that word yet - just "Ah-mah" (Amen) and "Yee-Yus" (Jesus)!!
Actually, the little boy does look like Sam!
