Today is Owen's birthday, he is now 8. For those of you that don't know him, he is the most lovable goof of a dog on the planet. He was our first child. We got him a few months before our first anniversary. There is not a mean bone is his body, only an unlimited amount of devotion and unconditional love. The way he is with Sam just makes me melt. As the years go by, all of these special characteristics seem to grow (along with his waistline). He will eat anything and everything (including cow manure) but oddly won't touch french fries or blueberries. Happy Birthday sweet Owen.
